Where can I find the original features from Passure?
You can now access Passure's key features at the following location: AirBrush → Home Screen → Top Dropdown Menu → Passport Photo
Q2:
I still have an active subscription. What should I do? Can I get a refund?
a.If you are a paid Passure subscriber:
Your subscription will automatically end on June 30, 2025, and will not renew or be charged further.
If your subscription is still active, you can transfer the remaining membership duration for free to AirBrush.
b.How to claim your membership:
Open AirBrush and go to: Settings > Help Center → Contact Support
Q3:
Can I still access the photos or records saved in Passure?
Once Passure is discontinued, the app will no longer be accessible. Please make sure to back up your work before that date.
How to save your work:
Open the Passure app
Go to the "generated item" section
Manually save all your edited photos to your local gallery
⚠️ Note: Passure does not support account syncing, and your data cannot be migrated to AirBrush. We recommend backing up as soon as possible.
